History Chatsford - the lifestyle choice was officially opened in 1991. The principal shareholders are Peter White and Wayne Hanley. Peter (a registered Nurse) and Wayne (a building contractor with his own construction company that specialised in construction of quality town houses and homes) were first introduced in 1988. Their relationship lead to a vision to build what is now Chatsford 'The Lifestyle Choice'. Chatsford now is a vibrant established community which has a population of 284 peope and comprises of 170 townhouses, 65 apartments, and is home to a diverse group of residents. |
